1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pk4444 website accessible at pk4444.bio, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated services offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who has registered for a pk4444 account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "pk4444" / "We" / "Us" / "Company" means the operating entity behind the pk4444 brand and Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created upon successful completion of pk4444's registration and KYC verification process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins equivalent credits, or other non-cashable promotional awards credited to a Player's Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process required by pk4444 prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings derived from that Bonus may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any bet or wager through the pk4444 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pk4444 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and pk4444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

Minors (persons under the age of 21) are expressly prohibited from using the Platform. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under applicable law.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Eligibility

Registration and use of pk4444 is strictly limited to persons who are 21 years of age or older. pk4444 employs age verification measures during the registration process, including mandatory submission of a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). Any Player found to have misrepresented their age will have their Account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The pk4444 Platform is intended for use by residents of Pakistan. Players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or use the Platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction before registering. pk4444 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a Player's access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

3.3 Registration Process

To register a pk4444 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information whenever any change occurs. pk4444 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the pk4444 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. pk4444 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and identity matching technology to detect duplicate Accounts. Upon detection, all associated Accounts will be closed and all balances, including both real-money and Bonus Funds, will be forfeited in their entirety.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk4444 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify pk4444 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pk4444 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

pk4444 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player Accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests and upon suspicion of fraudulent activity. Verification documents required may include, but are not limited to:

• A clear copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by pk4444's compliance team.

pk4444 reserves the right to suspend Account activity and withhold withdrawals pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification. Players who fail to provide requested documentation within 30 days of a verification request may have their Accounts closed and any remaining Balance reviewed in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. pk4444 reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee to dormant Accounts as notified to the Player via email prior to the commencement of any such fee. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant Account should contact pk4444 support.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

pk4444 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Debit Card. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed in the pk4444 Cashier section at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to a Player's Account balance within 60 seconds of confirmed transaction receipt. pk4444 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the Player's verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 1–3 business hours on verified Accounts.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Typically processed within 1–3 business hours on verified Accounts.
• Debit Card: Typically processed within 3–5 business days subject to card network processing times.

pk4444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any such review by email.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, bets, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions. Where a Player attempts to deposit using a payment method denominated in a foreign currency, the applicable exchange rate and any conversion fees will be clearly disclosed prior to transaction confirmation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by pk4444 are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise expressly stated in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms and conditions.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

pk4444 reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. A Player who has an open self-exclusion request or active cooling-off period is not eligible to receive or redeem any promotional bonus during that period.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be abusing the pk4444 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing hedging bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional offers — will have all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be permanently closed.

6.5 VIP Loyalty Program

Participation in the pk4444 six-tier VIP loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Diamond Elite) is governed by these Terms & Conditions and the VIP Program specific terms. VIP tier status, points, and associated benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be adjusted or withdrawn by pk4444 in cases of Account violation, fraud, or at pk4444's sole discretion with reasonable notice to the affected Player.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the pk4444 Platform are subject to pk4444's prevailing betting rules for the relevant sport or game category. pk4444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on events where a technical error has affected odds, bets that exceed applicable stake limits, or bets placed in circumstances that suggest collusion or integrity concerns.

7.2 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets on pk4444, including PSL ball-by-ball markets and live casino games, are subject to the same general betting rules as pre-match markets. In the event of a delay between a live event and the updating of live odds due to data feed latency, pk4444 reserves the right to void affected bets where the final outcome was determined before the bet was accepted, as verified by official event data sources.

7.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, pricing error, or technical fault that results in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed, pk4444 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Players. pk4444 shall not be liable for any losses or alleged losses resulting from a Player's reliance on incorrectly displayed odds or game states arising from technical errors beyond pk4444's reasonable control.

7.4 Casino & Slot Games

All casino table games and slot games on the pk4444 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently verified to produce statistically fair and unpredictable outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is available in the individual game information panel. Casino game results are final once a game round is completed and confirmed by the Platform.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk4444 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with events offered on pk4444;
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to pk4444 support immediately;
• Placing arbitrage bets or engaging in systematic strategies designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine recreational gaming;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using pk4444 for any money laundering purpose;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your pk4444 Account;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction via VPN, proxy, or any other means of geographic circumvention.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk4444 Platform — including but not limited to the pk4444 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk4444 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from pk4444.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

pk4444's collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the pk4444 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

pk4444 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, fraud detection partners, and regulatory authorities where required by law, in accordance with the terms set out in the Privacy Policy. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk4444, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

pk4444's total aggregate liability to any Player for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their pk4444 Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk4444 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, server outages, or third-party service interruptions may affect Platform availability. pk4444 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise the duration and frequency of any such interruptions and will communicate planned maintenance via the Platform where practicable.

12 Responsible Gaming

pk4444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing players with the tools necessary to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pk4444 Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account via the Responsible Gaming section of Account Settings. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out of their Account.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications reminding them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion by contacting pk4444 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a short cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days to temporarily restrict access to their Account.

pk4444 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy and conducts ongoing monitoring to identify signs of problem gambling behaviour. If pk4444 suspects a Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, it reserves the right to initiate a responsible gaming review and apply protective restrictions to the Account pending the outcome of that review.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by pk4444

pk4444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players. In cases of Account suspension for suspected fraud or AML concerns, pk4444 may withhold Account balances pending investigation.

13.2 Closure by Player

Players may request closure of their pk4444 Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to processing Account closure, pk4444 will complete any pending withdrawal requests for verified Accounts and ensure all outstanding wagering requirements have been addressed in accordance with applicable bonus terms. Accounts under active investigation may not be eligible for voluntary closure until the investigation is concluded.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure or termination, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. All Bonus Funds and associated pending wagering requirements will be cancelled. Real-money balances remaining in verified Accounts will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of applicable due diligence processes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pk4444's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming license framework. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to pk4444's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, Players must submit a written complaint to [email protected] detailing the nature of the dispute, the relevant Account and transaction details, and the resolution sought. pk4444 will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and endeavour to resolve complaints within 14 business days of receipt of all relevant information.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 28 days of submission, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution authority designated under pk4444's operating license framework, details of which will be provided upon request.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pk4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to wagering requirements, withdrawal policies, or Player rights — pk4444 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

For non-material clarifications or corrections, updated Terms may be published on the Platform without advance notice. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the pk4444 Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
